Amplifier Delivers up to 600 W

Designed for FM and HDFM radio broadcast, Res-Ingenium’s FM550-108 FM pallet broadcast amplifier supplies CW output power from 500 W to 600 W while using Freescale’s MRF6V2300NBR1 LDMOS transistor. The Class B component offers harmonic suppression of -30 dBc, up to 82% collector efficiency, operation from -10°C to 60°C, typical gain of 21 dB, and input power of 4.5 W at 550 W. The product is appropriate for FM transmitter, transposer, and broadcast exciter designs, and connectorized versions are available upon request.
